Project 01
NECX Website Relaunch
Built the full NECX web presence from scratch — starting with competitor research and keyword analysis, through UX design and development, to ongoing SEO performance tracking. Designed initial mockups in Canva, built the site using Lovable and Claude AI, and created a sitemap using AI tools to ensure proper page indexing. Wrote all metadata, webpage title elements, and canonical tags with SEO and AEO in mind.

Site Health & Indexing
Early in the relaunch, Google Search Console flagged persistent indexing issues across several pages. Resolving them required a multi-part approach: I used AI to generate a properly structured XML sitemap that was submitted to and accepted by GSC, implemented 301 redirects for all retired URLs from the previous site to preserve link equity and prevent crawl errors, and manually inspected each page to audit and fix canonical tag issues that were causing duplicate content signals. Together these fixes ensured all priority pages were being correctly crawled, indexed, and ranked.
Auditing
I regularly audited the website using Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights. Below are the results of a 20-minute audit on our site — I diagnosed the issue, implemented the fix, and evaluated the results in one session.

Project 02
SEO & Blog Infrastructure
Designed and built a blog pipeline on Sanity.io to expand our content channels and strengthen SEO and AEO performance. Before writing a single line of copy, I mapped out target keywords for each page and built them directly into the metadata, title elements, and on-page content.
Blog posts were structured around industry-aligned search terms, giving us a new content channel we could reshare across LinkedIn and email while simultaneously improving our search presence. Keyword positioning and indexing health were tracked continuously via Google Search Console.
